Donbet Terms and Conditions: Rules Governing Accounts and Transactions
These terms govern the relationship between the account holder and the Donbet operator, GTW B.V. Opening or using an account confirms acceptance of the current rules, promotion-specific terms and game or sportsbook settlement rules. The live Terms and Conditions displayed on the service control if a published value changes.
Terms effective from: 22 August 2026
1. Eligibility creates the contract boundary
An account may be used only by a person who has reached the legal gambling age applicable to the market and who can enter a binding agreement. Registration details must be accurate, complete and kept current. One person may hold one account unless the operator expressly approves another arrangement.
The account holder is responsible for login security and activity performed through the profile. Suspected compromise must be reported immediately. Selling, transferring or sharing an account is prohibited.
2. Identity must match the payment trail
Donbet may verify identity, age, address, payment ownership and source of funds. The first withdrawal requires KYC, and additional checks can apply when account details change, activity triggers a risk review or transaction patterns require clarification.
Accepted evidence can include a valid identity document, recent proof of address, selfie or liveness check, and a redacted card, wallet or bank statement. Altered, expired or unreadable documents can delay approval. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited.
3. Deposits create usable balance under defined conditions
The published minimum deposit is £10 and the maximum is £5,000 per transaction, subject to the live cashier. A deposit does not generate profit merely by entering the account. Where no bonus is active, deposited funds may be subject to a one-time wagering requirement before withdrawal as an anti-fraud control.
The selected payment provider can impose its own limits, conversion rate, network fee or settlement time. A deposit marked declined should not be repeated blindly; the player should confirm available balance, card permissions, address match, wallet network and any bank security challenge.
4. Wagers become final when accepted
A casino wager is accepted when the game records the stake and outcome. A sports bet is accepted when it appears in the betting history with confirmed selections and odds. Connection interruption does not automatically void an outcome recorded by the game or betting system.
Sports markets settle under the applicable event rules. Obvious pricing errors, abandoned events, dead heats and result corrections follow the settlement policy for that market. The account history is the first verification point for stake, odds, return and status.
5. Promotions add separate contractual conditions
Every promotion has its own eligibility, deposit range, code or activation step, wagering base, validity period, maximum bet, game contribution and withdrawal consequences. The standard casino welcome route is published as 150% up to £750 plus 50 free spins, with 30x wagering on deposit, bonus and free-spin winnings, a 30-day period and a £5 maximum bet.
Activating a promotion after the wrong deposit, exceeding the maximum bet or playing an excluded game can prevent progression or remove promotional value. Cancelling a bonus can remove the bonus balance and associated winnings. Promotion terms must be opened before funding the account.
6. Withdrawals require an approved account state
The published minimum withdrawal is £20 and the maximum is £10,000 per transaction. Rolling limits and method-specific thresholds can also apply. The operator may return funds through the original payment route where practical.
Before approval, the account must have sufficient withdrawable balance, completed wagering, successful verification and no unresolved payment-ownership or security issue. Casino review time is separate from bank, wallet or blockchain settlement. Reversing or cancelling a pending request follows the controls shown in the cashier.
7. Prohibited conduct protects settlement integrity
Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, chargeback abuse, automated play where not permitted, exploitation of technical errors, identity misrepresentation, third-party payments, bonus abuse and attempts to manipulate markets or game outcomes. The operator may suspend activity, void affected transactions, request evidence or close an account where an investigation supports that action.
8. Responsible gambling controls affect access
Deposit, loss, wager and session controls may be offered alongside reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion. A reduction in a limit should take effect promptly; an increase may involve a delay. Self-exclusion blocks account use for the selected period and cannot be treated as a temporary promotion pause.
9. Complaints require a traceable record
A complaint should include the account email, transaction or bet reference, date, amount, disputed rule and requested resolution. Support first reviews the account record. If the response does not resolve the matter, the player may use the escalation route stated in the live Terms and applicable regulatory framework.
10. Changes and severability
Terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. Continued use after an effective update confirms acceptance where the law permits. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. The governing law and dispute forum are those stated in the current operator terms.
